All Clients are required to bring a mask and must call or text once you arrive & park your car. If you show any Flu, Common Cold, Coughing Significantly, Fever or any other potential symptoms on the day of the scheduled appointment, “For the Safety of Others” you will need to reschedule your appointment 2 weeks out.
Please wait in your cars until I call or text you that it’s “Safe” to walk in. You must wear a facial covering/mask to enter the Salon. Before you enter the suite I need to take your temperature. There’s only one client at a time in my Suite, Please come alone. Nobody can be with you, including children.
I will be asking the following questions below. If you answer “yes” to any we have to make an accommodation, and you will not be receiving services for the next 14 days.
- Do you have a fever or respiratory symptoms?
- Have you or anyone in your household been diagnosed with COVID-19?
- Have you had close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 30 days?
- Have you or anyone you have had close contact with traveled to Chine, South Korea, Japan, Italy, or Iran in the past 30 days?
